"People from many nations will pass by this city and will ask one another, 'Why has the LORD done such a thing to this great city?'

You have despised my holy things and desecrated my Sabbaths.

When they reached the place God had told him about, Abraham built an altar there and arranged the wood on it. He bound his son Isaac and laid him on the altar, on top of the wood.

“两个人的案件，无论是为什么过犯，或是为牛，为驴，为羊，为衣裳，或是为什么失掉之物，有一人说：‘这是我的’，两造就要将案件禀告审判官，审判官定谁有罪，谁就要加倍赔还。”
In all cases of illegal possession of an ox, a donkey, a sheep, a garment, or any other lost property about which somebody says, 'This is mine,' both parties are to bring their cases before the judges. The one whom the judges declare guilty must pay back double to his neighbor.

"'The priests are to keep my requirements so that they do not become guilty and die for treating them with contempt. I am the LORD, who makes them holy.

God came to Balaam and asked, "Who are these men with you?"

Do not plant two kinds of seed in your vineyard; if you do, not only the crops you plant but also the fruit of the vineyard will be defiled.

于是流便人、迦得人、玛拿西半支派的人，从迦南地的示罗起行，离开以色列人，回往他们得为业的基列地，就是照耶和华藉摩西所吩咐的得了为业之地。
So the Reubenites, the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh left the Israelites at Shiloh in Canaan to return to Gilead, their own land, which they had acquired in accordance with the command of the LORD through Moses.

Then Shaphan the secretary went to the king and reported to him: "Your officials have paid out the money that was in the temple of the LORD and have entrusted it to the workers and supervisors at the temple."

He is the one who will build a house for my Name. He will be my son, and I will be his father. And I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel forever.'

He then went in search of Ahaziah, and his men captured him while he was hiding in Samaria. He was brought to Jehu and put to death. They buried him, for they said, "He was a son of Jehoshaphat, who sought the LORD with all his heart." So there was no one in the house of Ahaziah powerful enough to retain the kingdom.

In you are slanderous men bent on shedding blood; in you are those who eat at the mountain shrines and commit lewd acts.

In you are those who dishonor their fathers' bed; in you are those who violate women during their period, when they are ceremonially unclean.

So the servants went out into the streets and gathered all the people they could find, both good and bad, and the wedding hall was filled with guests.

"'What shall I do, Lord?' I asked. "'Get up,' the Lord said, 'and go into Damascus. There you will be told all that you have been assigned to do.'
