"And here you are, a brood of sinners, standing in the place of your fathers and making the LORD even more angry with Israel.

with curds and milk from herd and flock and with fattened lambs and goats, with choice rams of Bashan and the finest kernels of wheat. You drank the foaming blood of the grape.

'This is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, says: Take these documents, both the sealed and unsealed copies of the deed of purchase, and put them in a clay jar so they will last a long time.

Then I will let her waters settle and make her streams flow like oil, declares the Sovereign LORD.

Moses turned and went down the mountain with the two tablets of the Testimony in his hands. They were inscribed on both sides, front and back.

If you turn away from following him, he will again leave all this people in the desert, and you will be the cause of their destruction."

Jeshurun grew fat and kicked; filled with food, he became heavy and sleek. He abandoned the God who made him and rejected the Rock his Savior.

Now do not let Hezekiah deceive you and mislead you like this. Do not believe him, for no god of any nation or kingdom has been able to deliver his people from my hand or the hand of my fathers. How much less will your god deliver you from my hand!"

till the Spirit is poured upon us from on high, and the desert becomes a fertile field, and the fertile field seems like a forest.

For this is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, says: Houses, fields and vineyards will again be bought in this land.'

When I make Egypt desolate and strip the land of everything in it, when I strike down all who live there, then they will know that I am the LORD.'

He put them in the care of his servants, each herd by itself, and said to his servants, "Go ahead of me, and keep some space between the herds."

The tablets were the work of God; the writing was the writing of God, engraved on the tablets.

He instructed the one in the lead: "When my brother Esau meets you and asks, 'To whom do you belong, and where are you going, and who owns all these animals in front of you?'

When Joshua heard the noise of the people shouting, he said to Moses, "There is the sound of war in the camp."

But we are ready to arm ourselves and go ahead of the Israelites until we have brought them to their place. Meanwhile our women and children will live in fortified cities, for protection from the inhabitants of the land.

They sacrificed to demons, which are not God--gods they had not known, gods that recently appeared, gods your fathers did not fear.

The king also wrote letters insulting the LORD, the God of Israel, and saying this against him: "Just as the gods of the peoples of the other lands did not rescue their people from my hand, so the god of Hezekiah will not rescue his people from my hand."

"Son of man, wail for the hordes of Egypt and consign to the earth below both her and the daughters of mighty nations, with those who go down to the pit.

He also instructed the second, the third and all the others who followed the herds: "You are to say the same thing to Esau when you meet him.

When Moses approached the camp and saw the calf and the dancing, his anger burned and he threw the tablets out of his hands, breaking them to pieces at the foot of the mountain.

我们不和他们在约旦河那边一带之地同受产业，因为我们的产业是坐落在约旦河东边这里。”
We will not receive any inheritance with them on the other side of the Jordan, because our inheritance has come to us on the east side of the Jordan."

The LORD saw this and rejected them because he was angered by his sons and daughters.

They spoke about the God of Jerusalem as they did about the gods of the other peoples of the world--the work of men's hands.
